BCL002 - Skin Cancer

BruCells has conducted an investigational clinical research on Melanoma with autologous DCs loaded with 9 different peptides from antigens overexpressed in melanoma. Conventional DCs as well as proprietary I3 DCs have been used in this experiment.

BCL003 - Brain Cancer

Cancers of the brain and nervous system account for 1,7% of new cancers and 2.1% of cancer deaths. This represents 189,000 new cases and 142,000 deaths annually in the world. It is one of the leading causes of cancer death in the age bracket 20 to 30 years. Brain tumours account for 85-90% of all primary CNS tumours. The most common brain tumours are the gliomas, which account for 77% of all malignant brain tumours, the most virulent form, glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), constitutes approximately 51% of all gliomas.

BCL004 - Kidney Cancer

Renal cell carcinoma (also called cancer of the kidney or renal adenocarcinoma) is a disease in which cancer (malignant) cells are found in certain tissues of the kidney. Inside each kidney are tiny tubules that filter and clean the blood, taking out waste products, and making urine. Renal cell carcinoma is a cancer of the lining of the tubules in the kidney. Renal cell carcinoma accounts for approximately 85% of all kidney cancers.
